If you're missing any Flying Club miles with any of our partners, there's no need to worry. As long as the activity you are missing miles for has already taken place (for example a train journey or a hotel stay), you can claim them back. Scroll down to find all the details you need.
Checklist - please ensure the following:
- All documents sent must match the name on your Flying Club membership card.
- Please ensure your activity falls within the 6 month claim period, except Virgin Trains which are within 3 months.
- All of the above must be the original documentation to process your mileage claim.
