Where to start with villas? They just have so much going for them.

A villa gives you a relaxed, spacious base in Florida — just set up camp and start ticking everything off your holiday wish list. You’ll enjoy home-from-home comforts you won’t find in a hotel, and you may also find your budget goes a bit further.

All of our villas are located in quiet residential areas, close to all the theme parks. We’ve got everything from 3–12 bedroom homes, in which you can enjoy your own pool or plunge pool, free parking and plenty of space to have fun together.

Add on a car

We'd definitely recommend adding on a car to your villa holiday. This way you can pop to the supermarket and stock up on groceries, easily access Disney and Universal parks throughout your stay, and you could even spend a day further afield at the beach! Our villas all offer drives for private parking without any charge, and townhouses have free community parking outside the unit.

If you're going to Orlando, it's likely that you'll want to visit some of the famed parks and attractions on offer. Adding on your Walt Disney World or Universal Resort tickets at the time of booking offers a huge range of benefits - they're cheaper, offer more flexibility, and include added extras that you won't find if you buy these on the gate.

Don’t feel you have to pack your wardrobe for the sake of variety. Your villa will have a washing machine, so pack your favourite threads and alternate.

  2. Bring your home comforts

If you're a fan of Marmite on toast for breakfast, or a particular biscuit a the end of the day, lots of customers like to bring their favourite brands with them to feel properly at home.

  3. Explore the hidden gems

There's the famous parks, but if you've got a car it's good to visit local neighbourhoods, parks and cultural hubs too for a well-rounded trip and a bit of relaxation too..

  4. Leave some time to chill

Orlando can be full of excitement, but you want to relax on holiday too. Make the most of your own private space and pool by staying in, having a BBQ and chilling in the sun.

Townhouses feature a small splash pool they are not fully detached and are smaller than villas.

Villas have private screened pools varying in size, with terrace furniture including a table, 4 chairs and a minimum of 2 sun loungers.

If you have pre-purchased pool heat, it will take up to 48 hours (about 2 days) from the time you check in to heat up to a higher temperature.

Most pool heaters run 8-10 hours per day and will keep a water temperature of approximately 10 degrees above the outside air temperature. When the ambient air temperature drops below 55 degrees, the heater will automatically switch off to prevent overheating through constant use.
