Need help?

A week before your flight, you’ll receive an email to let you know that you can place your order. You’ll have up until 24 hours before your flight to choose your main meal. Just follow the link in the email or view your meal options and pre-order through our Inflight meal portal.

You’ll need a confirmed booking to pre-select your meal. Changes may be available up to 24 hours before departure.

Pre-order is available for Upper Class and Premium confirmed bookings on all UK outbound flights, and USA, Caribbean and India inbound flights. 

Pre-order is available on confirmed Economy bookings on all UK outbound flights, and will be available from 30th September 2025 for USA*, Caribbean and India inbound flights when the lead booker is a Flying Club member and has linked their Flying Club number to the booking. *Excluding Tampa

Pre-order not available for group bookings and not suitable for customers with specific dietary requirements. Any customers with dietary requirements should order an appropriate meal - click here to find out more. Opt-out is available in Premium and Upper Class.

While we try to fulfil all meal requests, meal choices can’t be guaranteed, and we reserve the right to change the menu without prior notice.

Your health, safety and comfort is the most important thing to us. If you have allergies, we’ll do everything we can to make sure you can enjoy your flight without worrying about a thing. Make sure you contact us in advance of your flight so we have plenty of time to arrange everything you need.
