After an initial complaint regarding the room, we were given an upgrade. The staff were very kind and went overboard to satisfy our needs. There was a relaxed and comfortable feel to our time there. Special mention to Romona, Stacy-Ann, and Kaneil, who made us feel very special.

The mattress on bed was hard. Bed came with two tiny pillows. Jamaican food was almost non existent. Mosquitoes was terrible. Butler David, bartenders George and Lamar, waitress Kimberly and coffee maker Oineka was awesome doing their jobs.

It wasn't crowded so most days we felt like we had the whole place to ourselves. In addition to this the resort offered a handful of complimentary water activities such as scuba diving, kayaking, and paddle boarding. David was our butler and helped out tremendously. Bringing us food pool side and setting up a ride for us to KFC! Overall I would recommend Zoetry to anyone looking for a more toned down all-inclusive experience. If you are just looking to eat, have a few drinks, and lounge by the pool: this is the place for you! Read less

The stay was a relaxing one. The entire staff was courteous. Extremely friendly and welcoming. Our Butler Jason was awesome. Overall a beautiful stay. Our foot massage and sauna experience was wonderful and homely. Again at the spa the staff was exceptional

We really enjoyed our time at Zoetry in Montego Bay. It felt like we had the resort to ourselves at times with the limited number of rooms. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They truly made our experience great. Hakeem, Kimberly, Barbara, George, among many others were extremely outgoing and made our days and evening fun! Overall, the food at the resort was average (better than other resorts in Montego Bay) with limited options. However, even with limited options, the kitchens were very accommodating for my wife who has a dairy allergy. The lack of beach also left some to be desired. Overall - we had a great and relaxing experience that, again, was made possible by the staff. However, i would likely visit another location (Zoetry Cabo) before returning to Montego Bay. Read less
