Rent a wheelchair accessible vehicle with ramped access and tie downs for all or part of your vacation, delivered to the airport or your hotel, you choose, after all it’s your holiday! Included with your rental you'll recieve one on one training on how to use the equipment and support from our supplier in resort.

Yes. If your flights and accommodation are already sorted, you can book car hire on its own with Virgin Atlantic Holidays. Simply enter your destination and travel dates in the search panel to see the available cars and packages.
You can also add car hire to a Virgin Atlantic Holidays package or book a fly-drive holiday, giving you the freedom to shape more of the journey around you.
Your exact inclusions will depend on the destination, car and package you choose. Packages can include comprehensive cover, unlimited mileage, roadside assistance, additional drivers, and selected taxes and fees.
We’ll show you what’s included before you book, making it easier to compare your options and avoid unexpected costs when you collect your car. Any optional extras or charges payable locally will also be highlighted in your booking details.
The lead driver will need a full, valid driving licence and a credit card in their name. Every additional driver will also need to bring their driving licence and meet the supplier’s rental requirements.
If your licence isn’t written in English, you may need an International Driving Permit. Requirements vary between destinations and suppliers, so check the information provided with your booking before you travel.
Yes, minimum age requirements vary depending on the destination, supplier and type of car. For most USA car hire, drivers must be at least 21 years old.
Drivers under 25 may need to pay a young driver fee and might have a smaller choice of vehicles. Selected packages can include the young driver fee, so check the inclusions when comparing your options.
Yes. Selected Virgin Atlantic Holidays car hire packages include additional drivers, so you can share the driving and enjoy more flexibility along the way.
Every driver must meet the supplier’s age and licence requirements and bring their valid driving licence when collecting the car. Your quote will confirm how many additional drivers are included and whether there is a charge for adding more.
Often, yes. One-way car hire lets you collect your car in one location and return it somewhere else, making it a great choice for fly-drive holidays and longer road trips.
One-way routes are subject to availability. Some destinations and routes have no one-way fee, while others may have a charge payable locally. Enter your preferred collection and return locations when searching to see the available options.
Yes. You can book selected RVs and campervans for USA road trips with Virgin Atlantic Holidays, whether you’re looking for a compact campervan or a roomier home on wheels for the whole family.
