International Drive (aka I-Drive) is perfectly placed for theme park hopping. Universal Orlando Resort is practically on International Drive, so it's only a short drive, depending on which part of i-drive you're coming from.

Walt Disney World Resort is roughly 20 minutes by car, depending on traffic and which Disney park you're headed to.

Not necessarily. Staying on International Drive gives you one of the most connected spots in Orlando—perfect for theme park lovers who’d rather skip the driving and focus on the fun.

The I-Ride rolley is a cute and convenient way to get up and down I-Drive, stopping at key spots like ICON Park, Pointe Orlando and loads of restaurants and shops. Easy on the wallet and great for sightseeing. Many hotels in this area also offer free shuttles to Disney and Universal so just check this when you book.

If you're planning day trips to places like Kennedy Space Center, Tampa, or beach days on the coast, then we would recommend hiring a car as part of your package. It also helps you to be more flexible with your trips to the parks.

Ah, hungry tummies after a day at the parks? We’ve got you covered!

International Drive is packed with family-friendly restaurants—whether you’re after big portions, fun vibes, or places where the little ones can colour on the menu while you enjoy a well-earned cocktail.

Giordano's is famous for it's deep-dish Chicago-style pizza and there is loads of space for groups, and plenty of kid-friendly options.

Miller's Ale House is a casual, affordable option with a huge menu - great for picky eaters and big families.

Bahama Breeze offers island-style eats with a laid-back vibe. Great for seafood lovers, but also loads of kid-friendly choices (and plenty of rum cocktails for you—go on, you deserve it!).

Oh, you’re in for a treat—International Drive (or I-Drive if you’re in the know) is so much more than just a place to sleep between theme park days. It’s packed with attractions, eats, entertainment, and all the Florida fun you can handle.

ICON Park is home to The Wheel - Orlando's massive observation wheel with skyline views for days - as well as Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE Aquarium and Musum of Illusions.

You've also got that iconic upside-down building you’ve seen on Instagram, Wonderworks, which offers hands-on science fun, laser tag, a 4D ride, ropes couse and more.

Pointe Orlando has stylish shopping, boutique eateries, and family-friendly favourites like Main Event Entertainment (think bowling, arcade games, and virtual reality).

And for the evening, From karaoke bars to open-air lounges and comedy clubs, there’s always something going on once the sun goes down.

Absolutely! If you're staying on International Drive, you're in a prime spot—with plenty of shuttle options to the major theme parks. So yep, you can save your energy (and your parking fees) for the rides, not the roads. Check out your hotel inclusions when booking for the most up to date information.
